Senseye releases Knowledge platform to empower industrial digital maintenance teams

Senseye, a leader in machine health management software, announces Senseye PdM Omniverse®, a powerful knowledge platform to support and guide industrial companies with their predictive maintenance journey.

Senseye has today announced the release of Senseye PdM Omniverse® to help industrial companies in their Predictive Maintenance journey, from the initial business case and design stage, to data readiness, and all the way through to cultural adoption and scaling. Senseye PdM Omniverse distills years of experience to arm digital maintenance teams with the know-how needed to ensure sustained success.

Analysts estimate that over 80% of Predictive Maintenance projects fail, often due to a lack of condition monitoring expertise and appropriate ‘best practice’ for digital transformation projects. Since 2015, Senseye has helped clients around the world improve and optimize their maintenance practices, with the resulting knowledge and internal processes forming the core of Senseye PdM Omniverse. The platform is supported by a global user community, sharing best practices, experiences, and solutions with their colleagues and potentially with other businesses.

Robert Russell, CTO of Senseye, comments “PdM Omniverse is a step change in approach to enabling Predictive Maintenance at scale and in a sustainable manner. The domain knowledge required to implement effective Predictive Maintenance is in short supply. Senseye PdM Omniverse solves this by democratizing and multiplying the knowledge and activities of condition monitoring specialists and reliability engineers. Industrial organizations can now take full ownership of their maintenance journey with the guidance we have assembled from decades of industry experience.”

A client’s journey will often start with Senseye PdM Complete while leveraging Senseye PdM Omniverse to start building their own internal expertise and exchanging best-practices with other Senseye installations. They would then transition to Senseye PdM Enterprise, supported by Senseye PdM Omniverse, to control and direct their digital journey and become experts in their own right.

“Senseye PdM Omniverse is an incredibly powerful toolkit for all industrial organizations. Lifting the veil on what has typically been viewed as trade-secret knowledge highlights the commitment that Senseye has to making Predictive Maintenance ubiquitous and accessible.” comments Malavika Tohani, Research Director for Operational Excellence at Verdantix, an independent research and advisory firm with expertise in digital strategies for EHS, operational excellence, smart buildings and sustainability.
