Senseye and Ultimo partner to deliver combined system for PdM and EAM
Senseye, the industrial software company, today announced that it is working with Ultimo Software Solutions to integrate Senseye’s predictive maintenance (PdM) with Ultimo’s Enterprise Asset Management System (EAM System).
The partnership will result in the delivery of a comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management and Predictive Maintenance system that provides industrial organisations with everything needed to assess, manage and optimise their industrial assets and maintenance processes using Industry 4.0 best practices. The collaboration began in 2018 as part of the Manufacturing Technology Centre’s Factory in a Box project.
Users will be able to connect to Senseye’s PdM software from within Ultimo’s EAM System, which is used by more than 1,800 industrial organisations around the world. Senseye’s application will enable Ultimo users to improve condition monitoring activities through real time detection of emerging issues and automated machine failure forecasts.
Senseye’s insight is already used by Global Fortune 500 industrial organisations as part of digital transformation initiatives to improve the productivity of maintenance and manufacturing operations. Manufacturers across a range of industries have halved their levels of unplanned downtime and achieved reductions in maintenance costs of up to 40 percent using Senseye.
Simon Kampa, Chief Executive Officer of Senseye, comments: “We are delighted to be working with Ultimo. This partnership and technology alliance allows users to access best in breed technology for PdM and EAM as a combined offer, benefit from the unique insight we provide and improve how they manage their assets and maintenance processes.”
Ewout Noordermeer – CEO of Ultimo Software Solutions, comments: “Following the success of our collaboration with Senseye on the MTC’s Factory in a box project, this formalised working partnership brings together our globally recognised strengths in enterprise asset management and predictive maintenance and expands our offering as a complete EAM solution.”
